These Mackerel Filets are marinated in a tangy escabeche sauce made with tomato puree and white wine vinegar. 

 

Ingredients:  Mackerel filets 56%, water, alcohol vinegar, sunflower oil, white wine vinegar (sulphites), spices, tomato puree 2.5%, white wine 2% (sulphites), stabilizers: guar gum and carob seed flour, salt, flavor.
