Espresso is the fruit of a blend of an African coffee and an Asian coffee that form a blend with a roast called “blackroast”: a slightly more thorough roasting, ideal for a very full-bodied espresso. Little crush in ristretto with an automatic grain machine or a percolator. Tasting note: A blend of coffees with notes of dark chocolate and hazelnuts. A very nice length in the mouth. Features and information: Coffee species: arabica. Origin: Africa and Asia. Variety: blend. Process: washed. Score: 83+. Aromas/ Flavors: dark chocolate, hazelnuts.
