Mineral water, iced tea, or perhaps a gin flower cocktail, find new heights when a splash of this Provencal lavender syrup is added to the glass.
Quite wonderful too, spoon this delightful syrup over a bowl of vanilla ice cream or into a cake frosting. Then close your eyes with each bite and dream of a journey to Provence to see and smell the lavender fields of Van Gogh's Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.
